Both boys are really into soccer at the moment - especially Charlie. He tried out for the Timbers RTC training team and was honored to earn a spot. He is one of the youngest (and smallest) kids out on the field, but he's one of the most tenacious. This is his first year in the program, so there has been a learning curve and they mix the age groups for practice. These youth are impressive players! It has been fun to watch his skills improve even in the few short weeks he has been in the program.
Sunday night they scrimmaged against the girls team, who gave the boys a run for their money.
Charlie is in the middle, just past the 10 yard line.
