Halloween 2017

Another Halloween in the books.  This year instead of our typical candy fest at the Downtown Halloween, we ventured through a Hood River neighborhood and did the traditional door to door Trick or Treating.  The boys have been Ninja crazy these days, so guess what they were.

Charlie had all the ninja moves down. Lukas, well....not so much.

Pumpkin Carving

We are lucky to have the sunshine follow us home.  We took advantage of it to carve our pumpkins outdoors.

Charlie was a master cutter,

 while Lukas was a master scooper.

Catch a Ride

Well, as events would have it, I have been in California three weekends out of the last four.  I have caught up on some much needed family time and the sunshine that has greeted us there in October has been delightful.  It's fitting that Far Far's scooter is sunshine yellow.

He took the boys for several joy rides around the country neighborhood.  Wind in their hair, with barely a care in the world.

  

As I am ending this post, I am just coming to the realization that my mom won't be showing Gaga (my grandmother) these posts any longer...Gaga, we feel you looking down from heaven!    

Timbers!

Today the sun came out and the Portland Timbers won!!  Woo Hoo!

The boys didn't get to go to the game with me, but I scored some awesome swag - including a jersey signed by all of the players!!  Charlie was over the moon.
