Daddy Daycare
Lukas has been a bit under the weather with a virus, but the upside is that he got to spend the day with Dad. Now he'll never want to go to "real" daycare when the alternative is hanging out with Daddy on excavators and seeing log trucks in the woods!

Lukasism
Nothing can hold this kid back from being silly- not even a 101 temperature. He's got some serious bed head going on too...

Wanna be
Charlie's soccer team has a tiny wanna be...Lukas doesn't want to be left out of the action.
He was actually quite good at dribbling the ball...he certainly surprised us. We've never even seen him with the ball like that. I was able to get a very small clip of him doing it.
Maybe he'll be our little soccer star someday!

Preschool Days
Charlie is having a blast this year in Preschool. He's making lots of new friends and strengthening friendships from last year.

Playdate with Pasha
Pasha learned something new about Charlie over the weekend - he's a reckless driver!!

Growing Up
Lukas is turning into such a big boy. This weekend will be a bitter sweet moment as we get rid of the crib. He has been sleeping in his "big boy bed" all week so it is time to say good bye (ciao, adios, au revoir...)
Lukas has been doing really good on the potty lately as well. We found he is highly motivated by candy and will do almost anything for an M&M. He should be potty trained and 100 lbs by Christmas!

First Soccer Game
Let the fun and laughter begin...
Soccer for 4 and 5 year olds is really quite a hoot. They are like a little swarm of bees buzzing around the ball as it moves around the field. Good thing it is only 3 on 3 at this age. It seems they are either trying to get the ball no matter what (even if it's from a player on the same team) or are oblivious to where the ball is (even as parents are yelling directions from the side lines). It's almost too much cuteness to handle.
Charlie is an aggressive player on the field and takes plenty of shots.
We know many of you wish you could be here to cheer Charlie on in person,
so here is a small clip of the game today....
Hopefully you can tell that he is #2. This clip doesn't show him making a goal,
but he did make a few today!

Brothers
I love how these two play together and interact more and more each day. What a brotherly bond they will have forever...

Soccer 2015
Soccer has begun! So much fun to see these little guys practice.
And...Paul got roped into coaching at the last minute :-) Of course he was wonderful with the kids since he's a big kid at heart. He was great thinking of drills on the fly.
