Charlie can't get enough of puzzles these days...he puts them together throughout the day (probably totaling a few hours).

V-Day Weekend

We were all LOVING the sunshine over the weekend!!!

More Palm Springs

Did I already mention how fabulous the weather was!?!  As you can imagine, we spent HOURS by the pool.

We even got to zip around in a golf cart a few times - this is the life!!

 Charlie's comfort swimming in the water has increased rapidly.  And even Lukas is getting more daring...

What was the best thing (besides the AMAZING weather) about Palm Springs?  Fun, fun, and more fun!

They have this great zoo, Living Desert, which has cool animals from all over, but is mainly centered on animals from Africa and other types that live in a desert environment.

There were a lot of opportunities for petting creatures, including a snake and goats.

Lukas preferred the non-living creatures.  

One of the coolest things we saw were the giraffes - what amazing animals!

4 years old!!

I cannot believe I have a 4 year old.  What!?!  It can't be so, can it???

We had a wonderful time celebrating Charlie's birthday in sunny (and WARM) Palm Springs.
